Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist located in Matawan, NJ. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, the Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, offer crisis intervention, and participate in case consultations and staff meetings. Providing compassionate and evidence-based care, the Therapist will support patients' mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual and group therapy
• Skills in conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Crisis intervention and case consultation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current state licensure as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
