• This role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, clinical education, and multidisciplinary case management to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• The Physical Therapist II will supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff , implement evidence-based treatment plans , and ensure compliance with all hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards .
