Cydecor is seeking an Emergency Manager to provide support to a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer.

This role will support the coordination of emergency preparedness response plans with external entities.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate emergency preparedness response plans with external entities (e.g., military, state and local government, emergency responders).
• Integrate emergency management functions.
• Perform emergency management functions (e.g., planning exercises, managing procedural matters, response activities).
• Support the operation of an emergency management program.
• Oversee the maintenance of emergency response equipment both inside and outside an Emergency Operations Center to ensure equipment is readily available to respond to a radiological incident.
• Develop training curriculum for emergency planning, preparedness, mitigation, response, or recovery operations.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience

Bonus points if you have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Specialized experience in utilizing and training personnel on the use of emergency operation center and command and control equipment and software
• Specialized experience in assisting with the planning of an Emergency Management exercise of various types and scope (e.g., table-top, functional and full scale exercises)
• Specialized experience in coordinating response and recovery operations with internal and external agencies
• Completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or combination of graduate education and experience that is related to the position being filled

Security Clearance:

• DOD SECRET

Education:

• Bachelor's degree. Master's preferred.

Work Schedule:

• M-F, Onsite

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $113,400 - $150,100. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
