Calendering Operator

Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Calender Operater operates the calender to produce a finished tape in accordance with specifications and procedures established by Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Understanding of production schedules
• Able to work as a team member
• Manual dexterity
• Able to operate a computer
• Able to read, write, read gauges, meters and take length measurements
• Able to provide constant mental and visual attention
