Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MRP / ERP systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to planning and operations. Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment. A team-first attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
About The Role :
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and production schedules for complex thermal and environmental control systems used in aircraft. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage production schedules and material requirements to meet delivery timelines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align production plans.
- Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system and support certification / testing processes.
- Support engineering change management and ensure revision control.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning efforts.
