What You'll Do

As a part-time team member, you will welcome and check in guests, lead engaging tours of the pickleball courts and paddle shop, and assist with scheduling clinics, leagues, and tournaments. You will also promote memberships, drive retail sales, and ensure every member and guest feels valued. Additional responsibilities include stocking inventory, maintaining a clean club environment, and supporting food and beverage service so that every serve, rally, dink, and match takes place in a polished space.

Hospitality, customer service, or sports experience is helpful but not required-we value attitude, professionalism, and initiative.
