Job descriptionPreferred Schedule : 7a-7p ,11a-11p, 7p-7a, day shift, night shift Worksite Setting : Inpatient, Trauma Level III, 22 ED Beds. Scope of Work : Annual Patient Volume- 43500, Patient volume per hour- 1.8 total number of hospital beds- 295, EM experience- 3+ years. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active KY License, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, BC / BE(6 years but depends on the certification) EMR : Meditech

- What is the current Staffing Model of this program (MD & APCs)? : 36 MD / 46 APC
- Number of shifts that locums will cover per month. : 15
- Will FM and / or IM trained clinicians be accepted : Both
- Supervision Responsibilities? - APC
- Who responds to Codes : HM team
- Are scribe services offered : no
- TRAVEL COVERED
