Expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a System Integration Manager to join our Los Angeles, CA office.

Position Summary :

The System Integration Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of all systems within a heavy rail passenger station project, ensuring seamless coordination and interface compatibility across multiple disciplines including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, communications, traction power, train control, and related subsystems. This individual will act as the central point of coordination for all technical interfaces and ensure that system interoperability, communication protocols, and testing activities are thoroughly planned, reviewed, and executed.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the integration of all technical systems and subsystems across the transit station project.
• Ensure that all system interfaces (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, communications, traction power, train control, SCADA, and others) are clearly defined, properly documented, and fully coordinated with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain interface control documents (ICDs) to track responsibilities and technical requirements between systems and contractors.
• Work closely with design engineers, contractors, OEM vendors, and client representatives to resolve system interface conflicts.
• Verify that all communication protocols between systems are compatible and fully functional.
• Coordinate and oversee all system integration testing (SIT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT), ensuring that testing protocols and sequencing are clearly defined and jointly reviewed by all involved parties.
• Facilitate cross-discipline coordination meetings to track readiness, progress, and resolution of system integration issues.
• Review and comment on contractor and vendor test plans, procedures, and interface designs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and report on system readiness for integration testing, revenue service simulations, and final commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant transit authority standards, safety requirements, and industry codes.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, risk assessments, and system integration status updates to project management and stakeholders.
