Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving

Greet and direct delivery drivers to dock area

Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse

Perform light housekeeping and spill clean-up as needed in office

Required Experience and / or Education

Language Skills :

Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence in English.

Mathematical Skills :

Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required under degree requirement.

Physical and Visual Activities :

Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Balancing, Stooping, Reaching, Handling, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Acuity-Far, Acuity-Near, Depth Perception, and Field of Vision.

Physical Demands :

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb and balance.

Environment / Atmospheric Conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold (non-weather); extreme heat (non-weather); risk of electrical shock; work with explosives and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Pallet jack, forklift, skates, hydraulic jacks, aerial lifts, personal computer, fax machine, copy machine, other office equipment, Microsoft Office.
