Shift : Weekend Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary : As a Lead Sterile Processing Technician, you will guide your team by showcasing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities while ensuring a high standard of sterile processing practices.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and evaluate team members' performance in productivity and quality, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Coordinate services and prioritize assignments for optimal workflow, including monitoring supply orders and staff performance metrics.
• Perform duties of a Sterile Processing Technician while handling complex issues and providing guidance to team members.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
