Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Managing the restaurant's budget, including controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
