🕒 Schedule : Days | 5x8 (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

💰 Salary Range : $225,000 – $235,000 (Based on Experience)

🏥 About the Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Deputy Executive Director to provide leadership, direction, and strategic oversight in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CHHA administration and a proven record of driving operational excellence in community-based and hospital care settings.

✅ Requirements

• Licensed and currently registered Professional Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in New York State (pending license accepted).
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care / Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in CHHA or a combination of CHHA and hospital administration, public or business administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in CHHA operations, compliance, and program development.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations (DOH, NYC DOHMH, JCAHO).
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
