Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin, CT, for a Call Center Outbound Dialer. The Call Center Outbound Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. Day-to-day tasks include managing call lists, logging call details, and following up on customer inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience with Contact Centers
• Proficient in Computer Literacy
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay is hourly for this position plus Bi-Weekly Performance Bonuses.
