Senior Engineering Project Manager

Purpose of Position :

Sportsman's Warehouse is growing the capacity our engineering team. The Senior Engineering Project Manager drives the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives that enable Sportsman's Warehouse to grow and innovate as an omni-channel retailer. This role ensures strategic projects—spanning commerce, backend, data, and infrastructure—are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. By applying expertise in Agile and PMBOK methodologies, leading RFP processes, and managing third-party partnerships, this position serves as a critical connector between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver transformative outcomes for customers and the organization.
