The Opportunity : We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to run our reconstruction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage people, schedules, budgets, and quality. You will work closely with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and our in-house team to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of reconstruction projects from the time they are assigned until they are complete

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and project assignments
  • Create and manage job budgets, schedules, and draw schedules
  • Oversee in-house crews and subcontractors
  • Make sure estimates are completed and sent out on time
  • Maintain high quality standards on every job
  • Keep projects on track financially and operationally
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and trade partners
  • Conduct final walk-throughs to ensure customer satisfaction

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Proven ability to manage reconstruction projects while working closely with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Good communication skills with customers, insurance contacts, and the team
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate - Symbility experience is a plus)
  • Someone who can solve problems and make decisions quickly

  • Deliver project estimates quickly within a set turnaround goal
  • Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Successfully manage a high annual volume of reconstruction production
