Job descriptionBe Respectful. As a General Manager, you’ll be the leader of the store and in control of building and maintaining a culture based off of respect. We lead by example in all ways and the first is with respect. We respect all with whom we cross paths and look forward to meeting all people. Be a Servant Leader. Your role as a Restaurant Manager is to continually invest in and develop our teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences. We do this by being a servant leader. We only ask our team to do things that we have already done and with the level of attention to detail that will impress. Be Professional. Our customer service is as authentic and filled with gratitude. We are professional to the core and earning the right and privilege to lead our community in catering, culture, and team building. Be Committed to the Process. Our systems, processes, and methods have been developed and re-developed to allow us to lead our team in a systematic way. We use these processes to train, execute, and be successful. Our General Managers must lead by trusting and using the process 100% of the time. Always Act with Integrity. We expect every Pickleman’s team member to do what they say they are going to do. No questions.
