The Senior Director, Product Lifecycle Management will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and is responsible for building, launching, and scaling profitable products across the company’s portfolio. This executive will own the full lifecycle—from concept and development through commercialization and post-market optimization—ensuring every product delivers measurable clinical impact, customer value, and financial performance. Acting as both strategist and operator, this leader will drive innovation, guide cross-functional execution, and ensure disciplined alignment between product strategy, market opportunity, and corporate growth objectives.

As a hands-on builder, the Senior Director will establish scalable systems, processes, and playbooks that enhance execution across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing. They will bring financial and operational rigor to portfolio decisions, developing robust business cases and managing revenue, EBITDA, and budgets with clear accountability. This individual must thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment—balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution—while leveraging internal expertise and external partnerships to accelerate innovation, commercialization, and sustained market leadership in precision diagnostics.

The Senior Director, Product Lifecycle Management will collaborate daily with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations, while engaging closely with Finance, Legal, Quality, and Compliance to ensure product integrity, scalability, and operational excellence. The role will interface with the Chief Product Officer and broader Executive Team, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners supporting product development, commercialization, and lifecycle optimization. Success requires strong cross-functional influence, clear communication, and the ability to drive alignment and execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
