How You’ll Contribute

  • Build, maintain, and refine detailed production schedules to drive on-time completion of tasks and projects.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and align timelines with operational priorities and constraints.
  • Track progress against plan; re-baseline schedules to accommodate scope or timeline changes.
  • Spot potential bottlenecks early and resolve conflicts before they affect delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver routine schedule and milestone updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Leverage scheduling software to monitor activities and retain accurate, audit-ready records.
  • Support resource planning and allocation to maximize utilization and efficiency.
  • Analyze current scheduling practices and recommend process improvements for continuous optimization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Some college experience is a plus.
  • Proven background in planning and scheduling, ideally within manufacturing or operations.
  • Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
