Manufacturing Instructor

PGS Worldwide is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Instructor to support a leading aerospace and defense organization in Littleton, CO. This one-year contract-to-hire position provides a unique opportunity to train and develop the next generation of Electrical / Electronic and Structural Technicians at advanced manufacturing facilities in Waterton Canyon and Highlands Ranch . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on manufacturing experience and a proven ability to deliver technical training aligned with aerospace industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current or previous IPC Certification (required)
• Hands-on experience with Connector Mate and Demate operations
• Proficiency with Hardware Torquing and Adhesive Bonding processes
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 1 year of On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience
• Strong understanding of Engineering documentation, blueprints, and drawings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with students and colleagues

The Manufacturing Instructor will lead technical training sessions for production employees, ensuring that manufacturing personnel are fully qualified to perform critical assembly and integration work on aerospace systems. This role will involve developing, coordinating, and delivering training in compliance with industry standards such as IPC, NASA, and aerospace manufacturing specifications .
