About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Rochester, MN team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation products and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of insulation products and construction processes is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 – $84,000 annually
• Plus: Commission and performance-based bonuses
• Earning Potential: Many representatives average over $100,000 in their second year
