About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

• Manager of Research Tax Credit (RTC)
• to lead complex R&D tax credit studies, mentor junior team members, and contribute to operational excellence. Reporting to the Director, you will serve as a subject matter expert across a diverse range of clients and industries, manage key client relationships, and support leadership in driving department initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring exceptional project management, technical tax knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
