POSITION SUMMARY

The Dentist provides superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service by giving the highest standard of quality dental care to Brevard Health Alliance (BHA) patients through the primary care medical home model. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and in collaboration with the Director of General Dentistry, Chief Medical Officer and dental / front office team, the Dentist provides extraordinary patient care through a BHA Dental Clinic.

GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D. or D.D.S.) from an ADA-accredited institution.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Clear and active Florida Dental License
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
• Five + years' experience as a practicing dentist in a dental health care environment
• Practice management and personnel management experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Strong oral and written communication skills
