Job description

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in partnering strategically with business leaders. They will be comfortable managing end-to-end onboarding, collecting and maintaining necessary employee information, and supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This person will collaborate closely with management to deliver training, support organizational initiatives, and help drive employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze employee data and trends to identify opportunities to improve engagement, performance, and retention
  • Drive change initiatives and ensure adherence to HR policies across leadership and employees
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices to minimize organizational risk
  • Support managers in conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues
  • Champion company culture by promoting strong ethics, values, and a positive workplace environment
  • Manage full-cycle onboarding, including immigration documentation, tax forms, and benefits enrollment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to onboard employees and manage core HR processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
