What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end Talent Ops : systems, workflows, documentation, and data integrity across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Design and run recruiting programs—from interview training to vendor management to campus / intern hiring.
• Own the scheduling workflow : tools, process, and coordination standards across all roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure every search is launched, tracked, and closed with discipline.
• Drive clarity through metrics : generate weekly dashboards and insights to help us move faster and smarter.
• Lead onboarding and enablement for new recruiters and interviewers.
• Build and maintain documentation to ensure repeatability and scale.
• Optimize our use of Ashby and other recruiting tools, ensuring we get full value from our stack.
• Spot gaps in process and fill them. When something's broken, you fix it before it's a fire.

What You Bring

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $116,000 . Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
