This role has a base salary, commissions and bonus incentives!

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Connect with prospects through warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Identify needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more).
  • Educate clients on coverage options with clarity and confidence.
  • Close sales and build long-term relationships through integrity and service.
  • Keep detailed records of conversations, policies, and client needs in the CRM.
  • Be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports your growth.

    What You Bring :

  • A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Motivation to succeed, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required, we provide training!
  • A Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license
