Responsibilities
The Recruiter is responsible for executing talent acquisition activities, managing the full recruiting life-cycle process and building a strong relationship with hiring managers. The Recruiter works with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to determine open positions, job descriptions, and future talent needs with our current and prospective client companies. The Recruiters are responsible for :
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting a diverse slate of qualified candidates to client and prospective clients
- Managing the interviewing / assessment and testing process.
- Responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts
- Manage and continually build sales with an emphasis on integrity and meeting both personal and professional goals
- Willingness and ability to effectively communicate the services we provide to current, previous, and prospective clientele
- Daily prospecting by attending networking events, cold calling up to 50 calls per day, and setting appointments with active, inactive and prospective clients
- Negotiating contracts and rates and understanding Gross Margins and Gross Percentages while being competitive and consistent with the philosophies of our firm
