Front Desk - Carolina Braces
Carolina Braces is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that every visit is smooth and positive.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage scheduling for appointments, ensuring efficient use of time slots and patient satisfaction
- Answer patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance, and payment options
- Handle patient communications via phone, email, and in person
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, patient records management, and appointment reminders
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications :
Previous front desk or customer service experience, in a healthcare or dental setting (Required)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approachAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detailProficient in office software and comfortable with practice management systems (training provided)Bubbly personality requiredWhy Join Carolina Braces?
