Job Summary
The Senior Director of Human Resources is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic HR direction of the organization. This role will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives that support business goals, scale organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance environment, and manage a high-volume talent acquisition team. The Sr. Director of HR serves as a strategic advisor, and operational leader, guiding all aspects of HR, including employee management / relations, workforce planning, organizational development, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition / recruiting.
