What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead teams of 5 or more in developing, testing, and resolving issues in application software
  • Mentor team members in application software design and project management
  • Prepare work estimates and project schedules for cross-functional technical projects
  • Resolve complex technical problems and provide leadership during critical outage events
  • Develop training programs for technical staff and recommend improvements to business processes

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development or testing
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management practices
  • Proficient in at least one programming language used by the team
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for system implementations

  • Experience with software testing practices and tools
  • Knowledge of business analysis practices and quality management
  • Strong public speaking and effective writing skills
  • Familiarity with techniques for initiating and promoting change within organizations
