26-32 week assignment on a 20-bed cardiac stepdown unit at a Level 1 trauma center. 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) with rotating weekends and holidays. Must have 2+ years of recent CVICU or Cardiac ICU experience, strong critical care and rhythm interpretation skills, and recent EPIC experience.

Details :

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Titrate multiple critical drips (e.g., dopamine, levophed, propofol)

Care for ventilated, trached, and post-procedure cardiac patients

Float to ICU as needed

Orientation : 12 hours total

Reliable transportation required; no self-scheduling or block scheduling
