We're a global company of problem solvers, collaborators, and innovators, and our businesses build solutions that impact the world.

As part of Detection and Measurement, TCI is a global leader in innovative spectrum monitoring and communications intelligence (COMINT) systems. With solutions to ensure the efficient use of frequencies, long distance communications, monitoring and security communications intelligence applications, we improve communications and protect military forces and infrastructure around the world.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. TCI is looking for someone who can combine Agile PLM, Oracle ERP expertise with CPQ implementation knowledge in order to deliver out of the box ideas with the practical application of analytical thinking.

As the lead PLM / ERP / CPQ, you will play a pivotal role in guiding TCI's transition from legacy platforms-including Agile PLM, Oracle ERP, and CPQ-to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your expertise will ensure a seamless migration while maintaining system integrity and performance. By cultivating a deep understanding of TCI's operational landscape, you'll become a strategic partner in designing, deploying, and continuously optimizing our PLM, ERP, and CPQ ecosystems.

Responsibilities include managing user access and security, coordinating BOM releases with cross-functional teams, and maintaining data integrity throughout product lifecycle changes. The position also involves resolving technical issues, overseeing change control processes (ECO / MCO, RMA, NCR), and supporting audits and CAPAs. Additionally, the role contributes to the design and improvement of PLM, ERP, and CPQ processes, participates in CPQ solution development, and fosters team collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • 3. BOM Coordinator / Data Steward

  • Assists with the release of timely and accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) that meet internal agreed upon guidelines. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • Ensures part numbers and attributes are correctly defined and released.
  • 4. Quality Assurance / Compliance Specialist

  • Manages audits, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and regulatory documentation.
  • Tracks and resolves issues like RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
  • Ensures product data meets compliance standards.
  • 5. Lifecycle Strategist

  • Aligns PLM processes with business goals and market demands.
  • Collaborates across departments to optimize product performance and profitability.
  • 6. PLM Business Analyst

  • 7. CPQ / ERP Integration Specialist

  • Ensures seamless data flow between PLM, ERP, and CPQ systems.
  • Supports product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
  • Maintains consistency across platforms for product data and lifecycle stages.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Each of these roles contributes to a unified, efficient, and compliant product development environment. Together, they help organizations reduce time-to-market, improve product quality, and maintain traceability across the entire lifecycle.
  • What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)

We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has :
