Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner and advisor to technical leadership on market compensation and hiring trends
Define roles based on first principles and maintain high precision in communicating role requirements and candidate feedback
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for complex ML / AI roles, including offer negotiation and interview process design
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning
Strong technical acumen to engage with senior ML professionals and understand core ML concepts
Proven ability to assess talent based on research contributions and first-principles thinking
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior technical leadership
A meticulous approach to work, emphasizing precision and operational excellence
