Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems to maximize productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including supervisors and coordinators, to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices, emphasizing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to minimize costs and ensure high reliability of equipment.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.
