Description :

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation setting.

The position involves providing therapy services to patients.

Patients are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 15 PM.

On Fridays, the schedule is 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 30 PM.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a professional environment.

Dress code includes professional / business casual attire or solid color scrubs.

Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Not required to float to other units, but optional if needed.

The facility supports a collaborative team environment.

This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
