Warehouse Associate

Sparks Group is excited to support the launch of a brand-new distribution center in Henderson, Nevada, and we are actively hiring Warehouse Associates to join this growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role with 8-hour shifts starting between 5 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 AM. These roles begin as contract positions with strong potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Role Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack and prepare shipments (boxing, sealing, labeling) according to SOPs.
• Stage outgoing orders and prepare them for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Receive and unload inbound shipments; verify product and documentation.
• Organize products and maintain storage locations.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, following 5S and OSHA standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks; forklift experience / certification a plus).
• Report damaged inventory or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed (stocking, returns, etc.).
