The Meeting Spot is a vibrant restaurant and bar focused on great food, craft cocktails, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated

• Barback
• to support our bartending team and help maintain an efficient, energetic environment behind the bar.
• Responsibilities :
• Restock and organize bar supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes, etc.)
• Assist bartenders during service to ensure quick, smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in storage areas
• Change kegs and CO₂ tanks safely and efficiently
• Remove trash and recyclables throughout the shift
• Assist with closing and setup duties before and after shifts
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
• Qualifications :
• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
• Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to obtain) valid
• RBS certification
