USGP is seeking a Medical

Laboratory Technologist to join our team in supporting active-duty

military personnel, veterans, and their families at the Naval

Branch Health Clinic in Mayport, Florida. This is a meaningful

opportunity to serve those who serve our country, while building

Position

Highlights :

Schedule : Monday – Friday

| 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Compensation : $35.00 / hour +

Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's

degree in Medical Technology or a

related

Graduate of a NAACLS, ABHES, or

AMT-approved

• Certification :

Current

certification / registration with ASCP or

Active

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association

or military

equivalent).

• Experience :

Minimum

of 12 months of relevant clinical

laboratory

Immunization

Requirements (Must be

current or

able to

obtain) : Hepatitis

B (series and titer)

Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria,

Pertussis)

MMR (Measles, Mumps,

Rubella)

Varicella

(Chickenpox)

TB (Tuberculosis)

test

Seasonal Influenza (flu)

vaccine

COVID-19 vaccine (if

applicable)

Key

Responsibilities : Perform

a wide range of laboratory procedures across disciplines including

chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, serology, microbiology,

and

Evaluate specimen integrity and prepare

samples for accurate

Prepare reagents,

calibrate equipment, perform quality control procedures, and

troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Analyze

and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy

and

Maintain records for quality control and

assurance in accordance with lab standards and

protocols.
