Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our day‑to‑day accounting operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Ramp transactions and employee reimbursements, ensuring accurate coding and proper synchronization with the ERP system.
• Process and review weekly invoices in Ramp.
• Maintain and oversee the prepaid expenses schedule, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting including maintaining up‑to‑date software vendor tracking system.
• Post payroll entries with correct allocations and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Post accounts receivable (AR) payments and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Act as primary point of contact with third‑party providers to ensure compliance with applicable US federal and state laws related to HR / labor as well as taxes (workers compensation, payroll, annual report filing, state / local, sales, income, etc.).
• Manage incoming mail and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to payroll tax inquiries and collaborate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Additional duties may be assigned as the role evolves and the position continues to be defined.
