Join Our Team as an In-Home Health Nurse Practitioner!

Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We are seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners to conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments.

What's in it for you?

• Flexibility : Operate on your terms by setting your own hours! Work any day of the week between 8 AM and 8 PM as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Compensation : Earn $100 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment, each taking about 45 minutes to 1 hour. In addition, enjoy a daily stipend of $60 and a $25 payment for no-shows.

Location : Choose the counties you wish to cover! We currently have a high patient volume in Jefferson, Bullitt, and Shelby.

About the Role :

As an In-Home Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Your visits will provide valuable insights into patients' health and well-being that may be overlooked during regular office visits. From assessing their medical history to exploring their social environments, your contributions will bridge critical care gaps and enhance overall care quality.
