• 124-hour call coverage shift
• Two separate holiday coverage periods
• Surgical call coverage primarily trauma and general surgery cases
• Orientation provided with dedicated training time
• Operating room experience required including robotic surgery
• No clinic duties exclusively call coverage
• Holiday coverage assignment
• 24-hour call shifts after orientation
