Assures proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems including routine and preventative maintenance. Maintains clean and safe physical environment for residents. Experience in janitorial / maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required. Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is helpful. On call for building emergency and possibly some weekends due to the nature of the job.

Requirements

Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement and a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
