Engagement Manager – Intapp
Intapp is looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) to join our Professional Services Team. The role is based in Charlotte or New York with hybrid and remote options for the East Coast / Central U.S. This is a new opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong commercial experience in software implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with Client Services teams to keep client‑facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures, procurement, and reporting on blockers, risks, or deficits.
- Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting changes or risks to management and suggesting improvements.
- Escalate project issues to management and key stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and report on the projects pipeline.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Close out projects at completion, handing deliverables and documentation to operations.
Qualifications
At least 4 years’ experience in a Project Manager / Engagement Manager role, preferably in a SaaS roll‑out environment.Commitment to project management career growth.Strong budget management and forecasting skills.Experience managing steering‑committee meetings.Degree‑educated with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Comfort working with large, diverse virtual teams under pressure.Experience with task scheduling and project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Netsuite, or Smartsheets.Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.Legal or professional services sector experience is a plus.Ability to travel minimally as required.What You Will Gain
