Schedule The position involves working 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with weekday and weekend on-call rotation required, including one holiday call coverage as needed. Job Description Join a dynamic team in the Operating Room, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Ortho and Neuro specialties, possessing both clinical and technical skills to support surgical procedures. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the operating room environment. Assist in surgical procedures and manage equipment and supplies. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR. Take on call shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2-3 years of experience in the Operating Room specialty. 2-3 previous travel assignments required. Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred for RNs. For CSTs, BLS is required, and certification is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
