RGP is seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to provide support for an established medical device company. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment supporting key business decisions. Proven background in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of standard cost accounting within a hardware manufacturing environment (medical device experience is a plus). Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills. Strong business partnership and communication skills, with the ability to push back effectively on senior stakeholders when needed. Degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA a plus. Experience with NetSuite ERP. SQL query experience. Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools. Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. Pay Range : $85-90hr.
