A company is looking for a Service Desk Front Line Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to a global workforce through various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while documenting all activities
Monitor call queues and escalate complex problems to the next level of support as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Experience providing technical support remotely via phone, chat, and email
Experience supporting smartphones, including iPhone and Android models
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams
