Position Overview :

As a Treasury Assistant II , you will be responsible for supporting the Treasury team with daily escrow account functions to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time. In this role, you will monitor client escrow account funds, process payments, request funding, and assist with other financial tasks that support our clients and internal teams. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory escrow account activity and enter deposits into escrow tracking software
• Upload daily positive pay files
• Review payment requests, verify funds, and print checks from regulatory escrow account
• Scan check deposits
• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations
• Prepare and email escrow funding requests to clients
• Enter data into agency websites and process ACH payments from client escrow accounts
• Research check images and follow up on outstanding checks
• Support team members with additional administrative and financial tasks as assigned
• Overtime may be required during deadline weeks (between the 10th and 20th each month)
