Licensed Lead Journeyman Electrician

Position Summary

Sean’s Consulting Service LLC is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Lead Journeyman Electrician to manage and execute electrical work on commercial and public-sector projects. This position requires technical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The Licensed Lead Journeyman Electrician will oversee field crews, ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations, and play a key role in delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial projects.

Interpret and apply electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications accurately.

Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Lead and mentor apprentices and helpers, promoting professional growth and safe practices.

Coordinate daily schedules and resources with project managers and foremen.

Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance of electrical systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, hours, and material usage.

Provide technical input during project planning, estimating, and execution.

Qualifications

Active Journeyman Electrician License (required).

5+ years of professional electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices.

Proven ability to lead teams and train apprentices effectively.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform physical labor and work in varied conditions.
