About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both our event planning and sales efforts, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs
• Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely communication with vendors and clients
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
• Generate and manage leads through various sales channels
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events
