The Role

Reporting to the President, you will work with one other Training Specialist and be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training programs for all employees in person and online. Your primary audience will be property managers, leasing agents and other office staff.

The Requirements

To be a good fit for the Training Specialist opportunity, you will have :

Strong proficiency in Yardi CRM.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong and articulate public speaking and written communication skills.

Very strong interpersonal skills.

Training experience is preferred but not required.
