Missouri Licensed Primary Care Nurse

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN).

Key Responsibilities

Manage triage calls and messages in collaboration with healthcare providers

Support patient care coordination and facilitate communication within the care team

Participate in on-site training and transition to a hybrid work schedule after completion

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

For LPN : Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license; 2-3 years of experience preferred

For RN : Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or BSN, or 4 years of equivalent experience, and active RN license; 2-3 years of experience preferred
